Gun Dog Advice and Training
Ian is often asked about gun dog behavioural problems either over the phone or when attending Game Fairs and Country Shows by clients.
So, in addition to the sale of gun dog training products, Ian and The Working Dog Company™ are pleased to be able to offer a new advice and training clinic for existing and new clients from his North Hertfordshire base to complement the existing service.
He has worked his 2 Labradors and Cocker on his local shoots for several years and can be seen out working them 2 to 3 times a week during the shooting season. Ian is also a Committee member of the Utility Gundog Society HBB Branch where he also helps out at Working Tests, Field Trials and Spring/Summer Training sessions. Ian is currently working towards completion of the Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour & Training (CIDBT) Instructors Certificate in order to offer clients a formal qualification to back up his years of practical experience.
